  • Upon submission of payment, a receipt will be sent automatically to the email that was submitted in the personal details of the registration.
  • Palex Tours Ltd ("Palex"), as the official organizers of the WHITH 2022 Virtual International
  • Symposium ("the Event"), is committed to protecting consumer credit card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  • Our alignment with this standard is reflected in the people, technologies and processes we employ.
  • Palex hereby guarantees to keep all payment details safe and not to pass any of these details to any and all third party that may request this, unless required to do so by subpoena or any compelling court order.
  • If for any reason the Event is cancelled and will not be held as was scheduled, Palex will refund any and all registration payments received until the day of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy6

  • All cancellations must be sent by email to whith@palex.co.il
  • Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (30 EUR) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
  • Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
  • Postmarked before June 30, 2021 – 100% refund, minus €30 handling fee (regardless of method of payment)
  • Postmarked from July 1, 2021 – 50% refund
  • On cancellations sent after September 30, 2021 – no refund
